Job Description:
- Underwriting FHA and conventional mortgages.
- Establishing relationships with FHA offices to expedite resolutions.
- Remaining conversant with all internal, FNMA, and FHA guidelines as well as federal and state banking regulations.
Requirements:
- DE designation required.
- Experience underwriting conforming and non-conforming products preferred.
- Bachelors Degree from accredited university preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
