This position reports directly to the Manager of Investor Relations and is responsible for investor inquiries, audits, and ad hoc requests for an assigned group of investor’s offsite as well as Senior Leadership

Responsibilities include:

• Independently evaluate each request from the investor to determine the steps necessary to address investor concerns.
• Interact in a professional manner at all times with senior level management both internally and externally.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement steps to achieve those improvements.
• Effectively coordinate and host visits from investors, auditors, and other interested 3rd parties.
• Timely completion of weekly/monthly performance reports and special assignments.
• Ability to handle investor questions & inquiries along with timely follow up.
• Work with co-workers to assist in achieving team and department goals.

Key Result Areas:

• Achieve and maintain positive feedback from assigned investors during random management reviews.
• Respond to all Investor requests within 24 hours of submittal.
• Achieve monthly HRD goals set out by the department each month.

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working in a Financial Services arena. The candidate has to be proficient with Microsoft Applications to include Word, PowerPoint and very proficient with Excel as well the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong Customer skill is a must. Overall knowledge and experience in mortgage loan servicing desirable but not required. A four-year degree from an accredited university is required.
