This position reports directly to the Manager Trial Preparation/Discovery and is responsible for properly responding to litigated matters affecting Ocwen, its subsidiaries, and investors.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for completing loan level reviews and analysis of litigated matters assigned to the Law Dept.
• Responsible for the accurate preparation and timely completion of research and providing supporting documents needed by Ocwen’s attorneys.
• To appear as Ocwen’s witness in legal matters as designated by the Head of Litigation/AGC and or Senior Counsel.
• Responsible for miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by the Head of Litigation, Senior Counsel or Manager including special projects.
• To review, verify, sign Declarations, Affidavits, Discovery, and other legal documents as directed by Head of Litigation/AGC and or Senior Counsel.

Key Result Areas:

• Responsible for thoroughly reviewing, analyzing and interpreting all events and actions that did or did not occur on customers’ accounts that are in dispute, and to provide a fair and impartial assessment of the Bank’s servicing of the loan.
• Responsible for working with the Bank’s business units to fully understand their policies and procedures and the actions taken in relation to loans in dispute.
• Responsible for providing a potential recommendation if needed to implement a resolution.
• Responsible for miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by Head of Litigation, Senior Counsel or Manager including special projects.
