Mortgage Loan Officer

Mortgage Loan Officer oversees the extension of credit for home loans and related sales, underwriting, processing, closing, renewing, shipping, and funding functions. Ensures lending operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements; and result in maximum volume, appropriate profit, and minimum delinquency ratios. Ensures all subordinate areas of responsibility support Credit Union objectives and goals. Trains, directs, and appraises assigned personnel. Ensures services are delivered professionally and efficiently. Manages relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate professionals

A college degree is preferred for this position in addition to two to five years of similar or related experience with performance management skills and a strong sales & or lending background. We will provide specialized training for recent college graduates.
