Job Description
Responsible for performing audits for both Underwriting and Product Development on specific program types on a predetermined percentage of loan files, to ensure compliance with investor, agency and internal guidelines. This position will also assist with underwriting training and will coordinate training needs based on investor kick reports, file deficiencies and material errors discovered during file audits.
Job Requirements
High School Graduate
Minimum 2 years experience underwriting FHA, VA, Conventional and Rural Development mortgage loans
FHA Direct Endorsement designation preferred, VA LAPP designation preferred
