Job Description:
Land/Home Financial Services, Inc. is a nationwide Mortgage Bank with several locations throughout the US. We are looking for a DE Certified Underwriter to work out of our Woodbury, MN office.
Skills:
Job Requirements:
*Must have Direct Endorsement (DE)
*Must have 3+ years of Underwriting experience.
*Knowledgeable of FNMA/FHLMC conforming and JUMBO non-conforming guidelines
*DU/LP proficient
*FHA/VA knowledge
*Ability to analyze federal tax returns
*Ability to interact with Brokers, Loan Officers and other staff members
*Experienced with LexisNexis and Fraudguard or other automated qualify control systems
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to work independently
* Strong organizational skills
