Requirements
Minimum requirements of the position are:
* 5+ years experience with mortgage underwriting
* Possess Underwriting Designation; FHA Direct Endorsement& VA Automatic
* Ability to underwrite to multiple investor guidelines for conforming and non-conforming loans FHA, VA, and CDA loans
* Exceptional work ethic and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Knowledge of FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate law.
