Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Under general direction, this position is responsible for the analysis of loan information based on policy and/or program definitions to make appropriate credit decision. Use independent judgment, based on established processes and procedures, to ensure portfolio meets risk and quality standards and regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree, with emphasis in business or finance or the equivalent; Three to five years lending experience
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS
Work requires the ability to work independently and in a work group; Ability to write procedures, reports, and/or documentation; Ability to prioritize workflow needs; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Analyze and interpret data or information; Requires oral communication skills to communicate complex information; Excellent written skills; Ability to use Word, and Excel software
